I love these and so do my students! These are very very sturdy and magnetic! Multiple chips to use to teach different math concepts , extremely magnetic and easy to manipulate for those fine motor skills. Love the big size, makes it easier for my students to handle and see ( I am a special education teacher). Not cheap material, storage box is sturdy and well worth the price! Would recommend to any teacher.

I ordered the extended version of this kit for the additional frames and counters. The magnet frames are heavy, strong, and the quality is amazing. So do not be surprised about the weight of the product once received in the mail. I have a minor gripe about the markers being dried out, however the erasers attached to the markers seem to erase well. Hopefully I can get replacement markers for this product, other than that I can recommend the rest of the products in this kit.

I have used these for half a semester now, and I use them very frequently. Even though they are designed for use with a 10-frame I keep the magnetic circles up on the side of my white board and use them for all sorts of things: groupings for multiplication or division, items in a Venn diagram, covering letters for spelling games, etc. They have gotten extensive use and have held up great! I highly recommend for any teacher.

The cards are thin plastic which is far sturdier than paper cards. The whole set is heavier than expected, so I probably wouldn't bring this on travel especially since there are so many individual pieces like the magnets, the dice, cards, and markers.I appreciate that they included 2 spare discs in each color. The set is pretty cool at helping my kindergartner visualize addition and subtraction. She has gotten much better at translating number sentences into an equation and coming up with the right answer.

At back to school night we were informed that my daughter's kindergarten class would be learning basic math using a 10 frame.We've had no issues the the magnets and this provides a great, reusable, way for her to learn. She can take them around the house with her and will stick them on her white board, the dishwasher or fridge. We are at a stage where we write the entiremath problem for her then she sets the dots in the appropriate colors/ratios.So far it is going well as an afternoon/after school activity to limit screen time. It is great that this set can grow with her as her number writing skills and arithmetic continues to improve.Crossing fingers for continued interest but so far this one is a winner!

I ordered this for my 4yo who has been really into adding and subtracting recently. It was all verbally or with fingers and I wanted him to have a more concrete physical understanding. I found this kit and immediately ordered.I LOVE that the ten frames are magnetic - both able to stick to something but also have stuff stuck to them. They are dry erase (and markers were included!) which will be handy when my son gets there. The foam dots are a great size for smaller hands and stick well to the ten frames. The leveled flashcards were a nice surprise. The level 1 are somewhat simplistic, repetitive, and boring (for me) but levels 2-5 are great and I like the added die feature (with dice included!). Overall this feels like the perfect homeschooling kit for the kindergarten and many of the first grade math standards.

Wow!! Love this ten frame set! It is high quality. The magnets are strong and stay on even when shaking the ten frame as shown in my video. This is a great addition to our homeschool. It makes learning fun. It comes with 5 different levels of activities on sturdy cards. You can use a dry erase marker on them too. The eraser is magnetic as well as both of the ten frames. My kids love using the colorful dice. 5 stars from all of us!

All the pieces in this set are very high quality! Also everything except the dice and cards are magnetic including the two included dry-erase markers. The cards themselves can also be written on and erased. They are broken into several levels of increasing difficulty/complexity, with a couple of 'spot the differences' cards as well providing a fun break activity.Overall I'm very happy with this magnetic Ten Frame and will come in very handy for homeschooling. I'm looking forward to see what else HMmagnets comes out with.

This surprised me with the amazing quality.For a classroom, this would make a great center activity.Ten frames are so handy, and these are really sturdy. While researching how to homeschool preschool my 3 year old, the concept of using a 10-frame is everywhere and for good reason. It is a great tool for visualizing numbers, counting and introducing basic math concepts such as addition and subtraction. This kit has everything you could need to start teaching math at home. All included items are high quality. The magnetic ten frames have strong magnets and stuck firmly to our magnetic easel. The dice are colorful and come in their own drawstring bag. The counters are foam with securely attached magnets. The dry erase markers write smoothly and erase clean. The math flash cards are double sided and laminated for reuse and have their own drawstring bag as well. The box does say 5+ and most of the math flash cards require the child to write numbers which is more advanced than where my son is at right now. However, he will grow into it and we can start with the basics using this amazing set.

The magnet boards that have the 10 frames are very thick with a strong magnetic property. Would stick to your refrigerator or work well even just sitting flat on a table. The colorful discs are large and easy to hold and have strong magnets. Everything comes in a little storage pouch and there are dry erase flashcards. I'm very excited to practice math with my kids. Very durable, like it was made for classrooms. It comes with bags for keeping the counters, dice, and activity cards. The activity cards are really nice and go through addition, subtraction, and counting. I love this kit! If you want to teach your child how to add and subtract to 20 using manipulatives, this is an excellent choice!
