I have ordered several sets of these and they are great! Initially , I ordered them for my shower curtain to keep it from attacking the bather. It holds it down and the coating on the exterior prevents it from scratching the tub. I have also had success in using these for keeping my garden flag from wrapping around the mount and keeping my outdoor tablecloth in place.

These certainly live up the "XL" advertising! With 3 pairs of these on my shower curtain, I had to make sure I had enough slack at the bottom, else they'd tear my curtain or pull down my screw-on type curtain bar. After using them for a while, I opted to use 1/2 of a pair on the back side of my curtain, since my curtain has a very small integrated magnets. So 1 of these on the outer side of my certain (3 across the bottom in total), did the job very nicely! No more billowing at all...problem solved.These are very well made, heavy duty, and should stand up to any zombie apocalypses thrown at them! I'm giving them a 4-star rating due to the price. I'd expect a product such as this to be priced around $20.

I admit I was skeptical, but these magnets really work for new walk-in shower. No more liner blowing into the fairly narrow space, giving me several more inches of width while showering. Magnets are strong and heavy. My liner & curtain are 72" wide & I spaced them apart starting approximately 14" in from each side & approximately 2" from bottom. There's no need to install directly onto corners as the natural folds of the curtain keeps those in place. Yes, a little pricey, but more room in the shower definitely makes up for it. They have a very nice silicone coating which won't cause damage if they knock into something. They're covered by a decorative curtain, so appearance is no concern in my case. Highly recommend.

These ones are notably larger and heavier (and packaged better). And they work! They're soft to touch and will be super easy to wipe clean. Very happy with these.

I recently purchased a shower curtain liner and for whatever reason, it absolutely will not stay flat against the tub when I shower. It was constantly billowing up, sticking to my wet skin, etc. It was driving me crazy. I thought I was going to have to replace it with a different liner when I cam across these shower curtain weights. I didn't even realize such a product existed, but I'm really happy that it does.They come as a set of four so that you can space them out across the bottom of the shower curtain. The magnets are very strong and I have zero concerns about them coming apart in the shower. However, when you do need to pull them apart, they aren't so strong that it's difficult to do so. They are easy to open up and move if you need to shift them to a different spot on the curtain.The exterior is covered in a smooth, soft to the touch material. If you were to bump into them during your shower, they wouldn't cause any pain.I happen to have a cast iron tub, so I have the added benefit of these magnets not only adding weight to the shower liner, but also sticking to the tub. However, even if you have a tub that isn't magnetic, these weights will still do the job of preventing your liner from lifting or blowing. I think they are perfect and I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing shower curtain weights.

My tub/shower combo is made of fiberglass so the usual shower magnets don't work. These work great. It took about two minutes to install. And, it's easy to move them around.Tip: the tub part of my tub/shower combo is curved in the corners. So when I put the magnets at the bottom of the curtain, the weight kept the curtain open too much. (See photo #1).So I moved the weight up the side of the curtain so the weight would hang down straight, thus keeping the gap closed. (See photo #2).

These extra large weights are heavy and the magnet is strong. Better yet...they work!! I absolutely hate to have the shower curtain blow into me while I shower (personal problem ). As I am not using these in a tub but in a fiberglass shower, I use the 4 pair, evenly spaced, to keep the curtain from blowing. Quite honestly, I did not know you could get magnets like this, but they certainly solve the problem! These magnets are worth every penny IMO!

I bought the shower weights because my shower liner was attacking me.I somehow stumbled on these weights and they work pretty good. I did have them at the bottom, but in my shower the curtain was still moving and a little more puffy than what I prefer. So I moved the weights up about 14-16 in. Aesthetically they don't look that great from the outside but I'm more concerned about function. Now I have plenty of space in the shower.They arent light, they're pretty heavy. The rubber coating, or whatever it is, keeps the weights from rusting and feels good.

These shower curtain weights certainly solved the problem of my billowing shower curtain liner. They are very heavy duty, and stay marvelously in place.And they are smooth with a nice shape.They are a bit larger than I expected, but I'm ok with that. I did have to adjust to moving my shower curtains back slower, as these weights are so heavy that they can make pretty big sound against the side of the tub. So I just move them aside a little slower and all is well.The most important thing is that the annoying, excessive billowing of my liner, despite the tiny magnets it came with, is over. My shower head is on a setting that gives me a nice, powerful blast of water despite the energy efficiency. Now I'm not constantly pushing away the inside liner due to that wonderful pressure, which is ideal for my after workout soreness.If you want to quash that flying shower curtain liner, these are certainly the magnets to do the trick.

There are 8 magnets in the box but so far I've only needed to use four, that's how strong the magnets are! (The box says 4 pack but I believe they mean 4 sets so that's why there are 8 in the box).I have two shower curtains because my "quaint vintage cottage" (real estate speak for old and small - LOL) has a window next to the bathtub/shower.Even if the window is closed, there are times when the wind blows against the curtain, and it keeps moving while I'm trying to shower. So, these magnets have already made a HUGE difference. When I go to slide open the curtain - I have to make sure I remove them, or the curtain will not move at all.You'll notice in one of the pictures that the shower curtain does have magnets in it, but you can see they are much smaller so the new magnets augment those very nicely.

I highly recommend these shower curtain weights. I have a particularly wide shower curtain that wraps around my tub in an L shape, but one pack of shower curtain weights is more than enough to keep my shower curtain in place. Between being weighted and being magnetic, they do a great job of stopping my shower curtain from billowing into me, even during hot showers on cold days. Even when I shake the shower curtain vigorously to get off excess water, these weights don't budge. They're high quality, as clean as the day I installed them, are lasting quite well, and don't scratch the tub or damage the shower curtain. They also happen to match my shower curtain perfectly. It took me two seconds to pop these on and my shower curtain hasn't been an issue since. Overall, I highly recommend these.

These shower curtain weights are larger than I expected, but they are nice quality and super strong magnets! They are fully coated in a soft rubber material, so rusting or water damage will not be an issue. They will also be easy to clean, which I love! They come very nicely packaged, too. The magnets are strong and work through thick shower curtains fine. The weight is enough to hold the curtain in place, but if you have a rounded tub and are using them on the inside, they roll down the corner a bit. One of my showers is a smaller stand-up-only setup with no tub walls, and the weights work well on that shower curtain. The light pink color is light enough to blend in with most decor. Install is super easy - all you have to do is literally slap them on. Although the magnets are strong, they are not hard to separate. If you have issues with your curtains moving around or getting blown open, I recommend these weights. Excellent quality and effective!

I cannot explain how much I dislike touching the cold, wet shower curtain liner during a shower (eeeew)!Until Amazon showed me these, I had spent years using different methods, including regular office/shop magnets, and bottles of hair product, balanced on the tub-edge, to try to control my shower curtain. They work okay, but they regular magnets eventually rust. They produce rust-spots on the curtain and liner, and gradually degrade, and need to be replaced.These marvelous little magnets are completely encased in a plasticy substance that prevents them from rusting, and yet are very strong magnets. The coating also makes them easier to clean, and generally gives a neater appearance. If you have a metal tub, you can use the magnets to stick the curtain right to the tub. If you have some cousin of fiberglass/plastic (like I do) you can use the magnets in pairs to stick the waterproof liner to the decorative curtain on the outside. If you have only a liner curtain, or a walk-in set up, you can put the weights in pairs on the bottom to weigh the curtain down in place. The "4-pack" contains 4 pairs of magnets (8 total).You can see in the photo taken inside the shower, the magnets hold the liner to the outside curtain. This way the air movement caused by warm shower spray does not pull the liner in to the shower space to bump against me.If you look at the outside photo you can see the magnets at the tub-edge. You can also see that I've added clips to the bottom of the outer curtain. This extra weight just maximizes the distance between the curtain, liner and me, by pulling the liner outward just a couple of extra inches. On the box the company helpfully points out that you could buy a second set of their weights to do exactly this. It would be more aesthetically pleasing than my mis-matched clips, and I may go ahead and do that.I installed these myself and they might be easier with two people, but I completed it in minutes with just a little trial and error and readjusted them after showering with them once. You may have to play with the placement (height, distance apart, location) to get your optimal set-up, but keep trying, they're almost infinitely adjustable.

I have no doubt that these are excellent shower curtain weights but, like another reviewer, I'm using them to keep my sous vide bags submerged during the cooking process. My photos show six sets of them keeping a top round roast under water and ready for cooking. These weights are actually heavier and smaller (though more expensive) than some of the purpose-made sous vide weights of the same type, and the magnets are plenty strong enough to maintain attraction through 2 layers of foodsaver-style plastic bags. I couldn't be happier with this serendipitous find!

I had replaced my shower curtain some months back and was beginning to regret that it did not have weights as it billowed in, right up against me. I saw these as a very good solution and they have proven to be so.I initially placed them as I thought best, with one pair on each end and two, more or less equally spaced in the middle. That actually makes it a little difficult to position the ends to cover completely. It works better to follow the directions on the bottom of the box (see attached photo). The apparently rubber covered magnets are easy to reposition and stay where they are placed.I am also impressed with the environmentally friendly packaging: no shrink-wrap, no plastic, not even any glue used to form the box. I wish more merchants would do this.

I got these for our outdoor curtains when the wind blows they tend to billow out and it can be annoying.You get four pairs, which is a total of eight pieces,They are each flat on one side and rounded on the outside,I have a few other sets in different brands and these seem to be heavier than the others which is what I'm looking for.You put one on each side of the curtain and it attaches to the bottom to add some weight so that it doesn't swing out.These magnets are a good, solid quality with a nice rubber coating. They seem like they are very durable. Since they are covered in rubber they can't rust.We definitely have seen a reduction in the amount of billowing the curtains due when it's windy. In 15 to 20 mile an hour winds they're going to move, but not quite as bad as they did without the weights.I would recommend these for your curtains, these seem to be the heavier ones on the market, which will work better. If you have more than four curtain panels, I suggest ordering a second set I would recommend using one to two pair, a panel, depending on the amount of wind you're trying to stop.

So I have a shower curtain and when I'm showering I would constantly feel "blow back" of the curtains on my body. For some reason its super windy in my bathroom and my curtains like to touch me. I do not like this!I didn't know how to solve this problem but then one day I came across this product. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. No more are my curtains blowing on me and touching me when I'm trying to get clean!The magnets are super strong and do not fall off the curtains. They are a bit hefty and so moving the curtains sometimes it will THONK the tub but it's not very loud. I highly recommend this product if your bathroom too acts like a tropical storm.

We needed something to keep our liner from billowing out of our shower ledge and this was perfect! You can see in our picture the height of the ledge and the length of the liner is a bit tricky. The liner can't be too long because the liner will touch the floor and the water residue can stain the stone, but it can't be too short otherwise it goes over the ledge. The weights prevent this from billowing over. It definitely has good weight to it and it's the perfect size. I also love that they're silicone so I don't have to worry about rust. Overall, we're really happy with these!

These magnetic shower curtain weights work great for my shower curtain. I have a smaller bathtub, so my shower curtain would tend to crowd me a bit from time to time. These weights are keeping the curtain as it should be and off of me. Recommended.

This set of 8 magnets will help stop the billowing of the shower curtain. The magnets are really strong and have a good weight to them. Simply separate the 2 magnets, attach to opposite sides at the hem and the curtain is weighted down. They're covered entirely with the silicone so rusting is not an issue.

This is exactly what I was looking for! My RV shower curtain blows inward and attacks my legs when I try to shower. These little magnets weight it down and keeps this from happening. The magnets are incredibly strong and are coated in a soft rubbery material so not to damage the walls of your shower. Also, they won't rust. The magnets stick to themselves, so they don't require a metal tub or shower to attach.

I ordered these magnets to use on the curtains in my hot tub area, which is a screened in porch. The wind doesn't get too bad here, but there is always a slight breeze. These magnets are perfect for keeping the shower curtains from blowing into the hot tub while it's in use. And, I am glad they don't look too terribly noticeable. They are a nice quality and are doing the job I was hoping they would do.

The magnets are very strong and can be used to hold fabric against metal or use two magnets sandwiched between fabric to weigh it down.My use for these was to hold a fabric backdrop onto a metal garage door. The magnets are powerful enough to stay in place and the fact they are silicone coated they won't rust or damage any surfaces.These magnets come in several colors and are simply the best invention I've seen in a long while. The uses for these are endless, they aren't just for holding a shower curtain in place.I plan to purchase more in different colors for various uses, including holding a shower curtain in place.

I was going to say my shower curtain is too short to use these with, but I don't think that's it. It's an ordinary length shower curtain. Rather, I think that the rod holding it is very high up, leaving very little fabric that hits far down enough into the tub to use these with. Which is kind of why I wanted them. It's very floaty and doesn't stay put well, and sometimes I end up with a puddle of water on my floor. I guess I can still use these, they just look kind of funny, since they are right up near the top of the tub. I wish they were blue, since that's my shower curtain color and really more of a standard bathroom color generally. Bathrooms are wet and blue is the color of water. Makes more sense than pink to me. These are pretty cool though, and I like that they have other potential uses.

A pair of these magnets weigh about 3 ounces, so they are heavy enough to hold down a shower curtain that is waving back and forth. You just put one magnet on one side of the curtain and the other magnet, with an opposite pole, on the other side of the curtain, then let them snap together. Most shower curtains I have purchased do not have built in magnets, so if you are not using a shower liner with built in magnets, these magnets will keep the shower curtain from waving around during a shower. The only downside I can see is that an errant human foot may knock this loose, but it should not be a problem for most users.

Nice, heavy magnetic weights that have a smooth, hard rubber feeling to them. The silicon rubber encasing is what should prevent the magnets from rusting.They can be used along the bottom of the shower curtain in order to keep the curtain straight and prevent it from creeping up from the tub. Because I have a metal bathtub, I can use them individually to snap the shower curtain against the tub. Of course, you will have to remove them afterwards and put them back into place each time you shower. But if you have a problem with water splashing out from behind the curtain, like on the shower head side like I do sometimes, then you can place them in a way so the curtain snaps snugly against the tub.

Works on Shower Stalls Too!

I don't have a bathtub with a shower, I only have a small shower stall. I do have to step up to get in it as it is a few inches higher than the floor but the lip on the inside of it is rounded and only an inch high. The sides of the stall are straight with no kind of front so as you can imagine, keeping a shower curtain inside this thing is a nightmare. Every time I take a shower the curtain billows and the bottom moves across the rounded lip so water goes on the floor no matter how careful I am. Even though the liner has magnets, it does no good since there is no metal in the stall and they are small so really don't weigh the curtain all that much.Today I put the Magnetic weights on the bottom of the liner and for the first time, I got out of the shower without water all over the floor and rug. They are so easy to use and look very nice so even if over-night guest are here, it isn't something I would need to worry about them seeing. They are white and feel almost silk-like. They match perfectly with my white liner and I am very satisfied with the results.

These are very easy to install, and are a simple and elegant solution to keeping your shower liner from billowing up into your way while showering. We recently developed a billowing issue with our shower liner, after years of it not doing that. So, instead of our usual complicated system of strategically placed shampoo and product bottles to keep our curtain down, we got these guys. They install super easy. Just pull the two magnetic sides apart, then put them back together with your shower liner in between them. They hold themselves in place and do no damage to the liner. These have achieved their intended purpose and we no longer have a shower liner blowing up onto us while showering.

These are strong and fairly heavy magnets that work well for holding a shower curtain down. They have a silicone covering which makes them feel soft and prevents them from rusting. They also work well as magnets on a fridge. One thing I recommend doing which I didn't do--match the magnet color to your shower curtain!

Well packaged! The silicone covering is soft as a baby's behind!I have a narrower curtain on a curved rod. For a narrow walkway into the shower stall, I was surprised how much it wanted to pull in. Initially I put 6 magnets on it - seemed like over kill. As you can see in the last pic being too close together while fidgeting with it they joined up! (Should have washed it first.)I'm pretty sure 3 would more than suffice. Each corner and 1 in the middle. That leaves plenty for the full tub length shower stall. For this house 1 box is good and looking at how they are made (completely covered) they are well worth the price! No more overly friendly curtains!
