Heavy-Duty Magnetic Knife Holder for Wall – Stainless Steel – Size 10″ (Small)

I looked everywhere for something that was esthetically pleasing and functional - and that didn't cost an arm and a leg. I got over the old wood block a long time ago. This allowed and easy instal and it's super sturdy. Zero doubt on holding and the magnet is legit. Super strong. We just bought Green Pan knives and I use this to hold all my specialty knives. Highly recommend!

I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find something strong enough for some decent knives. My husband bought me 4 nice knives that are not flimsy. This does a great job of holding them. Also no issues with the adhesive at all! I followed the directions as it came with. No problems!

Finally decided it was time to replace my old cheap knives with something more upscale. I couldn't bear the thought of tossing them in the drawer like I'd done with my old ones and I don't have the counter space for a butcher block. On top of that I don't have deep cupboards and drilling wasn't an option so I was happy to find an adhesive smaller bar to fit my space. There were cheaper options but I didn't want to skimp and I'm glad I didn't. This was easy to install and the super strong magnets are holding up my heavy knives with no problem. I ended up ordering a second one after seeing it in action and I bought more new knives than what it could fit..lol. Definitely recommend!!

The product works as advertised.As noted in the headline, I wanted something that could be screwed to the wall, not just stuck with tape. I have no doubt the tape would stick to the paint but often the it's the paint that peels.I'm very happy with my purchase.Hope that helps.

This is an awesome product to have if your low on countertop space and don't want it looking cluttered with a knife holder. I used a drill to hold because my knives are heavy and didn't want it to fall over time. The magnet is very strong and sturdy

Exactly what I was looking for. Easy installation (no drills), fits under the kitchen sink and very secure. It fits all my knives but I don't have many nor any that are extra large.

Very easy install, looks awesome/clean and nicely matches the rest of my Stainless Steel items. I used my own short screws since I installed both plates on the cabinets. The screws they come with are longer and mainly for drywall.

When drilling mounting holes, they have to be dead on or you'll never get the magnet to mount. Use masking tape prior to drilling with the smallest drill bit meant for ceramic tile (in my case). Then use a several bits to finish. Once mounted the bar works great. The magnet is not over powerful as that can be detrimental when removing mounted knives.

I loved the way the magnetic knife holder looks so great on my kitchen wall. My knives are all stainless steel and everything looks very custom in my kitchen! It's very heavy, so hit a stud when you screw in nails. Make sure you level the magnetic strip or the knives will not be secured. My favorite knife that I use the most often wouldn't fit with my other knives, so the strip was deep enough to house my most used knife on top. I would definitely but another one and did purchase one for utility items & stuck it on my refrigerator. Now that I've managed to move from a full sized kitchen to a studio sized one, I'll move them into in a full sized kitchen someday and have very little to put on kitchen counters. I love being so organized these days! Worth every Penny! ג₪ן¸

I'm very happy with this product. Kudos to the people that designed this it really does work. I had another similar company etitive same priced product that I bought that was half the weight of this one. Why does this winning product have the extra weight? It was because the manufacturer used high quality heavy duty magnets. I'm very happy with this product and it comes highly recommended. When you get there she'll notice that it's very heavy. I could not understand why there was no recommendation on a drillbit size to use to install this. If you're going to put in anchors for the screws it is imperative that use the right size drill bit. I had to figure this out for myself since there was not any specifications. The drill bit size I used at work for me is 11 by 16th'œ. I took a picture of it so you could see what it looks like. If you're going to drill in a mounting hole for the anchor than you need to have the right size drill hole. I use this and it works perfectly. Also if you're going to put the screw in use the drill to do that don't do it with your hand. You're asking for lots of cramps in your hand when you could be using the drill for this. So a drill is highly recommended to do this right if you're going to be putting a hole in your wall. Now what is the problem with putting a hole in the wall ? If it's going in the wall itself should not be an issue you can use spackle to easily cover the whole up later if you need to. As for attaching this to something like tile that is difficult to drill I am seeing others on here recommending using grill a double stick tape. I bought some of this but ended up not needing to use it, so I can't really talk on that. But it seems like that would be a direction to try. If it's not a solution in the end you can easily get the tape off of the tile with a little bit of thinner to remove the tape.Here is a tip for all of those out there that have iPhones. There is an application that's already on your iPhone that makes installing this and getting it level a breeze. Do a search on your iPhone for 'œlevel'An application comes up that makes it easy to install this straight and get it right. I put the template on my back of my iPhone using masking tape making sure the template is visibly straight. Open the level app (called clinometer aka level). While this application running get it positioned perfectly where I wanted to hang it on the wall. Make sure it shows level on the screen. Tape the template in place on the wall with masking tape. Carefully remove the paper from the cut out on the template. Used a graphite pencil to mark the whole location. Back up and make sure that it looks level. Remove the template and you're ready to go. Use the manufacturers instructions in general they are excellent.

Perfect! My itty bitty kitchen needed to rid itself of that bulky knife block! This is perfect my knives are out of the way so I have a clear counter, the magnet is incredible strong and it looks sharp! (Pun intended:)

Nice and heavy, feels sturdy. Fits a good number of knives, all the ones not in my roll plus room for more. I used heavy duty Gorilla Tape, and it's on there for good.

Simple and strong. Screwed on and holds knives very positively with no worries. Just works. Took banking plate off, screwed on And boom slaps over the backing plate hasn't moved. Excuse the unpainted wall guys. Renovating during covid is tough.

I love the look and convenience of hanging knives. Didn't think they would work with our solid quartz backsplash. Gorilla tape is holding well. The magnetic strip is strong and looks great!

As there are more than usual kitchen knifes here, no drawer can hold all of them. Having 24" of magnetic space, allows all the knives to be held and accessible. I placed mine over the sink area, as there's not enough room elsewhere in the kitchen.

The 17" model fits my 8 knives and shears. Very strong magnet. Although there are framing inconsistencies on my wall studs, I was still able to mount one side on a stud and used the supplied wall anchor to secure the other end into the drywall without any stability problems.Great product.

I bought this as a gift for my mom who loves to organize and maximize her space. She never liked the block her knives used to sit in, and wanted a magnetized wall strip very badly. This one was the perfect size, adheres to the wall very firmly, and holds every knife without sliding at all. We just completed a giant kitchen remodel at Glover Gardens (our home) and needed the perfect solution for our knives. While our island is much bigger, we have a little less back-counter space, and a clunky knife block just wasn't the right way to go. This is THE ONE, if you are looking for a magnetic knife holder.Just one thing: we didn't want to drill holes in our brand-new backsplash, so we used heavy-duty Contract Strips. They worked great! So our mounting experience was perfect, but we didn't use the hardware that was included.

Seller contacted us proactively about possible shipping damage, ours is fine. Mounted across window opening above kitchen sink. Made a custom board to span larger width. Wanted this a long time, honey got it for me at Christmas!

I plan to paint my cabinets, so I used four large command hanging strips for each bar and those suckers aren't going anywhere! The magnets are strong and securely holds the knives

Fairly easy to install. Be sure to check the drilling template against the actual holes in the bar. Holds all my knives securely including my cleaver. Good enough I got a second one on the way.

I just installed this bad boy and found it super easy to mount. The included template helps so much. The magnets seem pretty sturdy to me. I think you'll be pleased if you but this holder.

Easy install. Used a number 8 1/3 wood screw for side cabinet mounting above the range and prep area. Magnet is surprisingly strong. Ordered two of these forgot one in my cart at Lowes .¦. Oi vey! Will order another one.

Very easy to install by using the template and accompanying hardware. I would like it a little thicker because the handle on my Chinese cleaver is round not oval and it does touch the wall when it is held by the knife holder. It is one of those things you probably never think about. Even so, the magnet holds it very securely so very faint chance of the cleaver dropping onto the floor or my foot.
